DISC Personality Insights human behavior model is a proven framework used to improve communication, leadership, team player, and people skills. We use their tools and curriculum in our workshops to jump-start understanding and meaningful conversation.
Patrick Lencioni is a world-renowned author and is recognized as a pioneer of organizational health. We use tools, assessments, and concepts from The Table Group which includes The Advantage, The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Ideal Team Player, and The 6 Types of Working Genius.
Coach the Process
Team events jumpstart good conversation, skills training, and growth awareness but often this is only the beginning of the process. Coming out of these events we intentionally walk beside leaders and their teams to implement tools, form best practices, and get long-lasting results. Packages commonly include multiple team events, 1-1 leader calls, and resource sharing to produce long-lasting results.
Collaborate.
We believe that together we are better. We regularly support existing HR operations, participate in organizational on-site and team weeks, and provide supplemental skills training. If your needs are not in our wheelhouse of expertise, we quickly recommend you to another coach or resource.
